Therapy for ALL of You

I work with adults moving through anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lingering effects of difficult experiences. Together, we’ll make sense of the patterns that have shaped your life, not to judge them, but to understand them.

My approach is integrative because you’re not one-dimensional, and therapy shouldn’t be either. I’ll draw from different evidence-based approaches depending on what you need, while always keeping our relationship at the center of the work.

This is high-end, high-touch care designed for real life. Because healing doesn’t stop when the session ends, your investment includes in-between-session text coaching. You get real-time support when you need it most, giving you the wrap-around care you need to truly live whole.

Hi, I’m Lauren.

I’ve spent more than 20 years helping people come home to themselves. I’m an LPCC and CMHC, licensed in Utah since 2007 and in California since 2020.

One thing I’ve learned is this: no one is “too much.” There are only people who learned that certain parts of themselves weren’t safe to express. You learned to hide your needs, your anger, your sensitivity, your joy, your voice.

You Do *Not* Have to Show Up as Your Best Self

I love helping people meet those hidden parts with curiosity instead of shame. We don’t fight them. We don’t judge them. We get to know them. Because every part of you developed for a very good reason.

That’s why you’ll hear me say this often:

All of you is welcome here.

The anxious parts.

The angry parts.

The perfectionist parts.

The people-pleasing parts.

The grieving parts.

The hopeful parts.

Even the parts you’re convinced no one could possibly understand?

Especially those.

My Hope for You

I don’t want you to become dependent on therapy. My hope is that you leave trusting yourself more than when you arrived.

That you understand why you do what you do, without shaming yourself for it. Because understanding creates compassion, and self-compassion creates lasting change.

That you feel calmer in your body, clearer in your mind, more connected in your relationships, and more at home in your own life.

Because the goal, from the first session to the last, is to come home to your whole self.

Let’s See If We’re a Good Fit

Finding the right therapist matters. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute consultation.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, you’ll have the chance to ask me anything you’d like, and together we’ll decide whether working together feels like the right next step.
